dhtmlxTabbar is a JavaScript tab bar control for creating a dynamic tabbed-navigation interface. With this component, you can add feature-rich, nice-looking Ajax tabs to your website or application in a matter of minutes.

The control can be easily initialized on a web page that makes building DHTML tabbed interfaces a breeze. Just assign any elements on your page (for example, DIVs) to the tabs of the dhtmlxTabbar, and it will automatically do all the work for you. The component will switch these elements, displaying them as the corresponding tab is clicked.

Tabs can be placed to the left, to the right, above, or below the elements to be controlled. You can define the tabs' appearance according to different visual styles (predefined or your own). Cross-browser compatible, XML-driven, and fully configurable with a rich JavaScript API, dhtmlxTabbar provides a simple but powerful building block for client-side navigation.

Together with other DHTMLX components (Tree, Grid, TreeGrid, Menu, and Toolbar), the tab bar module offers another ready-to-use element for any Ajax-driven web application. Since v2.5, dhtmlxTabbar has provided not only single-command integration with other DHTMLX components, but also a unified API similar to other DHTMLX components (such as Layout, Accordion, etc.) for assigning objects to tabs or detaching them from tabs.

Commercial License - Includes dhtmlxTabbar Professional Edition and allows you to use it in one project (application) with an unlimited number of copies. With this license, you receive 1 month of support (or 5 support requests within 12 months) and 1 major update. This license costs $69.

Enterprise License - Includes dhtmlxTabbar Professional Edition and allows you to use it in an unlimited number of projects on the condition that all of them are developed by one company. Free support/upgrades are provided for the first 12 months. This license costs $199.
